I’ve been practicing Osteopathy for more than 10 years. I began my career in Toronto, Canada in 2008 and completed a Master of Osteopathy degree in Auckland, New Zealand in 2014.
I have a holistic approach to osteopathic treatment that brings cranial and visceral osteopathy together with the musculoskeletal and structural form of osteopathy. This allows me to bring a unique yet specifically individualized treatment to my patients.
Movement is a key part of my work and life philosophy. I believe that part-taking in life is more enjoyable than watching it go by.
When I’m not in the clinic, I’m in the gym, on my bike, running, kayaking or swimming. As an endurance and competitive athlete, I’ve had first-hand experience in dealing with injuries and rehabilitation. I’d be happy to share a few tips that may inspire you to return to or continue with your favourite activities and would be pleased to work with you to ensure that you are moving at your optimal ability.
